What should I hand over at changeover?
The things the child needs for the next few days: clothes, school bag, homework, any medicine with the last dose, and a short note about sleep, food and mood. This checklist is a prompt, not a rule for your family.
How do I save the checklist as a PDF?
Choose Save as PDF. Your browser opens the print dialogue. Pick Save as PDF, or Print if you want a paper copy. The buttons and the sign-up box are left off the printed page.
